First session is 90 min. Approx 30min will be interview to learn your specific needs. 60 min on follow sessions. Targeted massage supporting recovery from breast cancer procedures, gender-affirming, and elective breast or body surgeries. Beneficial for those who have undergone reconstruction, flat closure, mastectomy, lumpectomy, or have expanders. Also helpful after reductions, augmentations, lifts, implants, and flap reconstruction surgeries. (DIEP, TRAM, Lats, Gluteal & TUG)

 This is a full body massage with chest and breast  (30 min is not full body). Ideal for addressing fibrocystic breast tissue, lymphatic congestion, and scar tissue buildup. Also beneficial for managing hormonal fluctuations, supporting recovery after radiation therapy, relieving general tension, and aiding breastfeeding comfort.

Swedish Massage: A relaxing massage using long, flowing strokes to ease tension, reduce stress, and promote full-body relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage: A targeted technique designed to release chronic muscle tension by working into deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.

Trigger Point Therapy: focused treatment that applies pressure to specific “knots” within the muscle to relieve pain and restore proper function.

 Prenatal Massage is a gentle, tailored massage designed to support the unique needs of expectant mothers. It helps reduce common pregnancy discomforts like back pain, swelling, and muscle tension while promoting relaxation. This soothing massage can improve circulation and enhance overall well-being for both mother and baby during this special time.

AMLD is a  targeted therapy designed to aid recovery from cosmetic surgeries such as  BBLs, breast augmentation, Flap surgeries, reconstruction or liposuction. Adds 30 min to a session as addon. Red Light Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that promotes healing by stimulating cell regeneration and reducing inflammation. It enhances circulation, helping to minimize pain, swelling, and scar tissue. This therapy is beneficial for post-surgical recovery, skin rejuvenation, and overall wellness. Whether used alone or an addon to another service it supports faster healing and relaxation.
