Seeking Monthly Volunteers for Massage Practice Sessions – Wichita Falls Area

Hello, I’m David—Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Kings Massage Spa. I’m currently enrolled in an advanced mentorship program focused on breast, chest, and oncology massage, and I’m seeking compassionate volunteers to support my hands-on clinical training under expert guidance.

Areas of Focus Include:

Recovery after surgery (augmentation, reduction, lift, mastectomy, lumpectomy, flat closure, gender-affirming surgeries, expanders, DIEP, TRAM, LD flap, chording, Iron Bra Syndrome, capsular contracture)
Lymphatic drainage
Scar tissue mobilization
Post-chemo and radiation care
Breast tenderness & general chest wellness

What to Expect:

All sessions are strictly therapeutic, professional, and non-sexual
Performed using clinical protocols with proper draping to ensure your comfort and privacy
Aimed at relieving discomfort, enhancing healing, and supporting long-term well-being
First 3 sessions are free; 50% off any additional sessions until my certification is complete
Initial session lasts 90 minutes; follow-ups are typically 60 minutes

Indications for Breast Massage

Post-Surgical Recovery – Support healing after breast augmentation, reduction, reconstruction: (DIEP, LAT, TRAM, Gluteal and Thigh FLAPS), mastectomy, or lumpectomy. Aids in reducing scar tissue, swelling, and discomfort after cosmetic breast procedures.

Fibrocystic Breast Tissue – Helps reduce discomfort and improve circulation in dense, fibrous breast tissue.

Lymphatic Congestion – Encourages lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling, tenderness, and improve overall breast health.

Breastfeeding Support – Helps relieve engorgement, clogged ducts, and discomfort associated with nursing.

Scar Tissue Mobilization – Softens and reduces restrictions from surgical or injury-related scar tissue.

Hormonal Changes – Addresses tenderness and discomfort due to menstrual cycles, pregnancy, or menopause.

Post-Radiation Therapy – Supports tissue recovery and mobility after radiation treatment. Must have doctors clearance.

General Tension Relief – Reduces tension in the chest, shoulders, and surrounding muscles for improved posture and comfort.
